The Vice-Chancellor of Ekiti State University, Prof. Sam Oye Bandele gave the advice while receiving 3 sets of books on Job hunting, Career success and Entrepreneurship Studies donated by The Punch Newspapers.

punch2According to the Vice-Chancellor, fairness and objectivity will help the growth of development in the nation. He added that the social service done by The Punch in donating the books was commendable. The Vice-Chancellor used the occasion to call on other established organisations to donate generously to Ekiti State University.

Donating the books on behalf of Punch Newspapers, the Deputy Manager, Advertisement of Punch Nigeria Limited, Mrs. Linda Ogungbemi said the donation was part of the organisation’s corporate social responsibilities and that the books were a compilation of articles published in The Punch from 2004 to 2009. She added that the contents would be useful for students particularly in the area of entrepreneurship.

Mrs. Ogungbemi was accompanied by Mr. Kamaru Ogundele, Ekiti State Chief correspondence of The Punch during the presentation.
