Ekiti State University is undergoing a Strategic Plan exercise which will help the University Management assess its efforts within a given period of time and help provide a growth pattern to become a world class Institution.

This Strategic Plan, according to the former Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Development), Professor Esther Aderibigbe, who is the Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee will provide a parameter, and serve as a driving force for Management to determine its progress.

Professor Aderibigbe in an interview, explained that the Strategic Plan will enable the University accentuates its goal of becoming one of the best Universities in the world.

She, however, assured that the office would work hand-in -hand with experts and consultants as well as other relevant bodies to put the documents of the Strategic Plan together and be made available to the Management for ratification.
