The Registrar of the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB), Prof Dibu Ojerinde has applauded the emergence of Prof Samuel Oye Bandele as the 11th Vice –Chancellor of Ekiti Sate University following a transparent, highly competitive and commendable screening process.

            Prof Ojerinde who said this while receiving a delegation of Ekiti State University led by the Vice-Chancellor Prof Samuel Oye Bandele at the head office of JAMB in Abuja, FCT, added that he has known the pedigree of Prof Oye Bandele whom he supervised his Doctoral degree programme and he has followed his impressive rise to the top of his career.

            Prof Ojerinde said he admired the hardwork and energetic concentration of Prof Oye Bandele whom he said he had doubt would succeed as EKSU Vice-Chancellor.

            The EKSU Vice-Chancellor Prof Oye Bandele said he had come to visit JAMB to familiarize with the organisation and to seek ways of improving JAMB –EKSU relationship.

            Prof Oye Bandele said EKSU is making plans to present new courses to the NUC for accreditation including Bachelors degree in tests, and measurement, Marketing and Insurance and seek the cooperation of Jamb in this regard.

            The discussion was fruitful and both parties agreed to a mutual relationship
