Young Nigeria Tennis Sensation and one of Africa’s best in Table Tennis Junior Category, Tosin Oribamise a 200 level student of Human Kinetics and Health Education, Ekiti State University has departed Nigeria for Egypt for the African camp in preparation for the World Cadet challenge in China
Tosin Oribamise who was given scholarship by the Vice Chancellor of Ekiti State University to pursue her degree course was in the office of the Vice Chancellor to inform him of her preparation to represent Africa at the world Cadet Tennis challenge in China scheduled for 27th Oct-10th Nov 2016.
The Vice Chancellor, Prof Samuel Oye Bandele encouraged her to give her best and return to Africa and Nigeria as a world champion.
Prof Bandele who added that the Ekiti State University will support Tosin Oribamise to excel added that he was impressed with the international recognition she has given the University, Ekiti State and Nigeria.
Tosin Oribamise who was accompanied by the Deputy Director of sport in EKSU, Mr. Adesogan said she had an impressive record in the World Cadet Champion in slovenia 2014 while she was refused visa to Barbados in 2015.
